1. Platform Services
Tanovirexar provides currency conversion, FX rate data, analytics, team collaboration tools and API access as described in the applicable Order Form or Service Order.
2. Subscription & Acceptance
By executing an Order Form or completing online registration, the Customer agrees to be bound by this MSA. The agreement becomes effective upon Tanovirexar's written confirmation.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees are specified in the applicable Order Form. Invoices are payable net 30 days. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
4. Indemnification & Liability
Each party indemnifies the other for third-party claims arising from its breach. Tanovirexar's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
